Resumes - Tips, Tricks and Trends
The great resume challenge when conducting a job search is ensuring that your document meets the preset search parameters of the Applicant Tracking System or other recruiting software, used by a high percentage of companies. RRR really likes dates of employment to be positioned to the far right of the company name. RRR is also opposed to too much creativity in headings and prefers simple titles such as "Summary", "Skills", and "Work History". So disappointing since I'd become quite fond of "Synopsis", Core Competencies and "Professional Narrative".
